Born in Iskenderun in 1980, Serkan Şahin graduated from the Ankara University Political Science Faculty International Relations department. He completed his Master’s Degree at the Kent University Business department. Between 2008 and 2012 he worked as a Board of Directors Member at İzmir Demir Çelik San. A.Ş. and was appointed to the Executive Board in 2012. Continuing to serve on the Executive Board of İzmir Demir Çelik San. A.Ş., Serkan Şahin is also a Member of the Board of Directors at İzdemir Enerji Elektrik Üretim A.Ş. (As a Legal Entity Representative), Akdemir Çelik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (As a Legal Entity Representative), İDÇ Liman İşletmeleri A.Ş. (As a Legal Entity Representative) and Şahin Gemicilik ve Denizcilik Nakliyat Sanayi Ticaret A.Ş. 

Born in 1962 in Hatay/Payas, Ahmet Baştuğ, who has been serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at İzmir Demir Çelik Sanayi A.Ş., after the acquisition of Şahin-Koç Çelik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. by İzmir Demir Çelik Sanayi A.Ş. in 2005, continues to serve as Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors at İzdemir Enerji Elektrik Üretim A.Ş. (as a Legal Entity Representative), Board of Directors Member at Şahin Şirketler Grubu Holding A.Ş. and Akdemir Çelik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., Chairman of the Board of Directors at İDÇ Liman İşletmeleri A.Ş., Member of the Board of Directors at İDÇ Denizcilik A.Ş., Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors at Şahin Koç Çelik San. A.Ş., Member of the Board of Directors at Şahin Gemicilik A.Ş. and Member of the Board of Directors at İZSİAD (Izmir Industrialists and Businesspersons Association)

Selin Şahin, who was born in 1992 in İskenderun, graduated from the Business University of Costa Rica Economics Department in 2021. Appointed to the Executive Board as a Member by İzmir Demir Çelik Sanayi A.Ş. Board of Directors decision in 2020, Selin Şahin also serves as a member on the İzdemir Enerji Elektrik Üretim A.Ş. Board of Directors.

Born in Adana in 1970, Feyyaz Yazar graduated top of his class from the Ankara University Political Sciences Faculty Finance Department. In 1995 he started his career by earning first place in the Ministry of Finance Account Expert Board exam. He was appointed by triple executive order in 1998 as an Accounts Expert and in 2005 as a Head Accounts Expert. In 2004-2006 he completed a Double Master’s Degree in Accounting at the Martin Tennessee University with an MBA. In 2013 he graduated second in his class from the Atılım University Law Faculty. Between 2007-2011 he worked as the Group Chairman in the Ministry of Finance Revenue Administration and the Transfer Pricing Turkish Delegate at the OECD; and as the Global Transfer Pricing Director at KPMG between 2011 and 2012. Feyyaz Yazar has earned a License to Practice Law, a Certified Accountant Certificate, a Corporate Governance Scoring Specialist Certificate, an Independent Auditor License in the capital market, Capital Markets Advanced Level License and Public Oversight Agency Independent Auditor certificates. He is a member of the Executive Board having been assigned as Assistant General Manager (Financial Affairs) in July of 2012 at İzmir Demir Çelik Sanayi A.Ş.

Born in Karasu in 1962, Hasan Acar graduated from the Metallurgical Engineering Department of Istanbul Teknik University in 1988. He began his career at Ege Çelik End. San. Tic. A.Ş. in 1989 as a Shift Engineer. Between 1994 and 2000 he worked as an Electric Arc Furnace Operating Engineer and Steelworks Operating Supervisor at Yazıcı Demir Çelik San. Ve Tur. Tic. A.Ş. and as the Steelworks Manager at Habaş A.Ş. in 2006-2019. In May 2019 he started working as the Factory Manager at İzmir Demir Çelik Sanayi A.Ş. He is an executive board member of İzmir Demir Çelik Sanayi A.Ş.
