Born in 1958 in Hatay/Payas, Nuri Şahin graduated from the Istanbul University Economics Department in 1980. In 2005, with the acquisition of Şahin-Koç Çelik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. by İzmir Demir Çelik A.Ş., he continues to serve as the Board of Directors Deputy Chairman at İzmir Demir Çelik A.Ş., Board of Directors Chairman at İzdemir Enerji Elektrik Üretim A.Ş. (As a Legal Entity Representative), Board of Directors Deputy Chairman at Akdemir Çelik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., İDÇ Liman İşletmeleri A.Ş., İDÇ Denizcilik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., Şahin Gemicilik ve Denizcilik Nakliyat Sanayi Ticaret A.Ş. and Şahin Şirketler Grubu Holding A.Ş. and continues to be a Member of the Board of Directors at Şahin-Koç Çelik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.

Hüseyin Baştuğ, born in Hatay Dörtyol in 1985, graduated from Sabancı University Management Sciences and Ankara Economics and Administrative Sciences Academy in 2007. He completed his Master’s Degree in Political Science at the Sabancı University in 2009. Hüseyin Baştuğ served as a Member of the Board of Directors at İzmir Demir Çelik Sanayi A.Ş. between 2008 and 2012 and was appointed to the Executive Board in 2012. Continuing to serve as a Member of the Executive Board at İzmir Demir Çelik Sanayi A.Ş., Hüseyin Baştuğ is also a Member of the Board of Directors at İzdemir Enerji Elektrik Üretim A.Ş, Akdemir Çelik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. and İDÇ Liman İşletmeleri A.Ş. 

Born in 1965 in Şanlıurfa, Mahmut Nedim Koç manufactured and traded in Iron and Steel products in 1986-1993, after Koç Haddecilik Teks. İnş ve Tic. A.Ş. in which he was the founding partner and director in 1993, he has been serving as the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Dagi Giyim Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. since 2004. He is also the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Dagi Yatırım Holding A.Ş. and Eros Tekstil A.Ş. and Member of the Board of Directors at Akdemir Çelik San. Ve Tic. A.Ş., IDÇ Liman İşletmeleri A.Ş. and İzdemir Enerji Elektrik Üretim A.Ş. as a Legal Entity Representative.

Born in 1958, Caner Bayazıt Emiroğlu graduated from the Middle Eastern Technical University Metallurgical Engineering Department in 1979. He started his career between 1980 and 1982 at İskenderun Demir Çelik as a Light Profile Milling Operation Engineer. Continuing as an operating engineer at İzmir Demir Çelik A.Ş. in 1982, Caner Bayazıt Emiroğlu worked in this position until 1987. Between 1988 and 2013 he undertook a partner role in İSUZU ve BMC Satış ve Teknitel Motorlu Araçlar A.Ş. and Tekpar Limited Şirketi and retired in 2013. He serves as an Independent Member in the İzmir Demir Çelik Sanayi A.Ş. Board of Directors.

Hakkı Civan Poyrazoğlu, who was born in 1957 in Manisa/Turgutlu, graduated from the Boğaziçi University Mechanical Engineering Department in 1980.

He worked in upper management at Teba Şirketler Grubu between 1984 and 1995, RAKS Elektronik between 1995 and 2003 and on touristic construction projects between 2004 and 2007, and continues to be an Independent Board of Directors Member at İzmir Demir Çelik Sanayi A.Ş.
